Default Fuel leak after changing fuel filter

Bought a Duralast fuel filter from Autozone that came with 2 large washers and 1 small one. Mistakenly put the small washer on the bottom fuel line fitting = massive leak.

But the top washers are also leaking. I'm going to try replacing those with OEM Honda washers, which are $4 each. Lame.

Go back to where you got the filter and ask for the proper washers, [should be free]. 94
