Default 2004 Accord ECM Swap

I was a victim of the recent flooding in Louisiana. My car was filled up to the seats, and given that the ECM is on the floor on these cars, it was immediately swamped. When I took it out two weeks later, water literally poured out of it, and it was full of mold. Needless to say, I'm pretty sure the car is beyond repair. Regardless, I wouldn't feel right if I didn't put just a bit of effort into starting it back up.

I got a new (used) ECM from my local junkyard for $40, and made sure that everything matched. Now, I'm trying to figure out what goes into getting it to work in my car. I know that it needs to be programmed to accept my key. The problem is, the dealership refuses to do so unless I have the ECM in my car and I bring it to them. I don't really want to spend the money to tow the car to the dealership considering there's likely far more wrong with the car. Is there a way to disable or bypass the immobilizer chip (I think it's on the ECM board)? I'd even be up for trying to flash the chip myself if I could just figure out which chip it is. I understand that it's an anti-theft feature and discussing how to bypass it on a public forum isn't a great idea. I'd love a PM if you think you can help. Even just a point to a resource with which I can find the IMMO chip myself would be fantastic.

Thanks in advance.
