Figured it out! 1996 Accord hesitation during warm up.
So long story short, I have 1996 Accord LX Automatic Daily. Every time (every time) you start the car when it's cold (not outside temperature cold, just on initial start up engine cold) after a few hundred yards it would act like it was running out of gas, you could mash the gas pedal and it would just bog down. I had to feather the gas pedal to get it to keep going. After 30 seconds of that it would clear up and go again till you let the car cool down again and then the process would repeat itself. I replaced the coil, plugs, wires, adjusted the valves etc, etc, never got better. I drove around with a fuel pressure gauge poking out from under the hood and it never varied. I used the google and the only thing I found was some obscure reference to the O2 sensors causing it? I kept checking for codes and it never indicated anything stored or otherwise. So as they were only $44 for the pair off of Ebay I took the plunge. a few hours later (I had to remove the catalytic convertor to remove the secondary as it was in there tight and had to be cut out.) the problem is GONE!!
I drove three days in a row so far and no issues whatsoever!
