Default ACG fuse blowing, main relay?

Hello. Sorry to start up on this discussion again but Im having same issues with my 94 Honda civic ex as this post. I did a jdm b20b and freshly rebuilt ls Trans. When I first put it together and went to start the car it started up and would run and would cut off. Looked at the alternator wires and I had forgot to connect the harness wires and the power wire. So I connect and now #24 fuse keeps blowing when I turn the key. I do remember that when I first went to started I was running direct power from the battery to the starter to start it. So could it be possible that I blew my ELD unit? If so where is the unit located?

MM&Y of car?
Pull trouble codes an ELD problem should give you a P1298 code, is the CEL on?
The ELD is in/under the engine bay fuse box, there is lots of info on how to change it, Google is your friend... https://www.bing.com/search?q=civic+...ion+and+change 94
