Hi,

My old Honda Concerto has ECU with reference 37820 PW1 G01 that is not available from Honda anymore.
Recently the car spent 10 days in water (about 40 cm) and ECU is dead.
The garage I addressed has several old Honda ECUs but not exactly my reference. They tried 37820 P04 G02 (from a Civic as old as my Concerto) and it seems to fit for the task .

I've found on Web several second-hand offers of ECUs of my reference and at least one indicated as originating from an old Civic. So, it can suggest that 37820 P04 G02 is equivalent to the mine. The offers have guaranty periods so short (at most 2 weeks) that they are not realistic.

I wonder whether there exists a compatibility table for Honda ECUs?
Do you know an easy way to ask that question to Honda (Japan)?

What Country?
What year?
Engine Code?
Emissions, EGR, EVAP etc etc.?

There could be a suitable ECU out there but we need to know what you have for a chassis and engine to go with it!

Concerto is a variant of the Honda Civic, it looks like an 'EF' Civic from the front but has a hatch/liftback rear like an Integra of the same years.
Check out the Honda CRX/EF Civic Forum for help in locating an ECU that will work.
