Default Trunk head lining leaking down to c-pilar leak

Hey everyone, I've check the total leak post for our efs but I can't seem to find this leak.

We've been getting a lot of rain from where I live and it's causing a lot of headache. One of which is a leak in the trunk compartment in my 1991 EF hatch.

The leak appears to be coming from the head liner, beside the tailgate weather seal. It's leaking down to the c-pilar and dripping out the back window open latch.

I pull the liner back and pour water down the back but can't seem to find the leak. I was wondering if anyone has have this happen before?

Here's some picture.

You can see faint water stain(circle in red) on the corner of the headliner. The roof of the body has a bit of rust(also circle in red) but I can't seem to find where it's leaking through the top side. Everything looks fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check seam where roof panel meets rear outer panel.
Do you have anything added to the roof, antenna, sun/moon roof? 94

I didn't add anything on the roof, but I believe you might be right. I'll peel back the rubber between the seam and check it out.

Thanks for your input.

UPDATE:
I manage to remove my headliner without breaking too many plastic clips(yaya). I also remove the plastic between the two panel seam and did not find any rust through spots... I'll do a water test tomorrow with everything off and hope I could find the leak spot. My current guess would be the rubber seal around the hose for the rear window sprayer. It maybe letting water through. I'll keep you all posted.

Update 2:

Just took the tailgate off to investigate the leak. But s to ll no luck. Water is leaking down the frame out the backside of the rear wheel well area which is a lot worse than the top. I might just start putting black sealant on all the seams/rubber seals.
