95 timing balancer belt drive pulley stuck
This is on a '95 25th anniversary stock f22b2. The timing balancer belt drive pulley has quite a bit of play, but won't come off. Might try and pry it if I find the bar but I'm confused why it's not coming off considering how hard I've tried .. I removed the key already and tried cleaning/sanding/minor grinding but no luck.
Heres a video
let me know please thanks

The end of the crank snout may have a slight knurl on it, without the drift key the balance sprocket should be able to spin freely. Use your finger tip and see if you can locate the knurled over piece and use a file to remove the obstruction.
You end the video just as we actually get a to see the problem in question so there's really no way to know for sure what's holding it up. I'm thinking maybe the key is bent or something holding it up. You can use a gear puller to pull the pulley off.
