Let me respectfully introduce you to two useful writing tools:

1) The period: A punctuation mark (.) used at the end of a sentence.

2) The carriage return: A control character used to reset a device's position to the beginning of a line of text.

Please use both tools to make your post readable.

It is not typical to change harnesses in an auto to manual conversion. All you really needed to do electrically is bypass the neutral switch (on the shift lever, prevents starter from working unless in P or N), extend wires for the reverse lights (auto-- switch is on the shift lever, manual it is on the transmission), and swap the ECU. The harness plugs for parts you no longer have in the car-- transmission solenoids and VTEC-- can be left unplugged.
