Hi. So I have an 89 civic stock engine. I just swapped the head for a y8. I have a p28 ecu. Obd1 jumper harness. I keep getting a code 4. I can't figure out why. I switched the orange and white wires on the dizzy and it changes to a code 9. It's a brand new dizzy. Not getting any other codes. Can anyone plz help?

 

First thing is first, make sure it's wired correctly, then take care of whichever code it is.
