Default Hose coming from intake manifold?


Just wondering what this hose is for that i need to remove to get my 3 point strut bar off. Does it leak anything?? Im new to cars.

that should be the vacuum line from the brake master to the intake manifold. it will leak air, thats it.

edit: not that it will leak air when you disconnect it, but that's all that goes in that line when the system is operating.

just an air hose, remove it and put it back when you're done

Just to be clear it is a vacuum line for the brake booster and technically it does not leak air it would leak vacuum, air would leak into it and you would lose vacuum.
As mentioned remove and reinstall, it is a easy as that. 94
