Default 94 accord EX, H22A swap. Cooling fans on whenever key is on

Just finished up an H22 swap in my 94 accord. Also did a 5speed conversion at the same time. I have it running smooth, starts great, everything lined up great.

Only real issue I'm having right now is anytime the key is on, so are the radiator fans. Also getting a code for vtec pressure switch but ill figure that out later.

I'm fairly certain everything is hooked up properly, my temp gauge seems to read correctly, all my grounds are hooked up right etc.

Anyone have any ideas? This project has very nearly taken my sanity from me so I'm just trying to figure this last issue out before I loose my mind.

Ive checked everything over and everything seems correct. Which connectors specifically being switched could cause it?

Also just took it for its maiden voyage and after it warmed up it started breaking up until about 3200 rpm and after that it cleared up.

IIRC, Hondas of this era use a separate sensor for the ECU/temp gauge, and the activation of the cooling fan. It's possible the fan switch got stuck on while the engine sat in the import yards. I would suss-out which switch that is, and disconnect it, then try to start the car again.

Ill go e that a try. Ive actually had this engine for over a year, and had it running in another accord before, I just recently switched it to this shell because the one it was in was rusted all over, dented etc. In the other shell it ran perfectly. But it has sat for about the last 5 months.

Was the harness swapped over wholesale or was there cutting and splicing?

The stock harness was hacked to crap, the car I bought that originally had the swap in it was a 96, but they used the OBD1 harness and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't run properly lol I hardwired almost everything to the ecu to get it running properly.

When I swapped it into this car I used the factory accord harness, so nothing is hacked or spliced.

Ok got the fans sorted out. Had the fan plug connected to the vtec pressure switch.

Car is all sorted out except one thing. After the car warms up its 50/50 but it will breakup through the rpm range until about 5000rpm. Ive got no check engine lights, Ive fixed any oil leaks, and everything else is great. But this breaking up is frustrating.
