Default S300 Copy Protection?

Hiya,

Does S300 have some ability to copy protect a map?

Tuner loads on a map and gives it to a customer.
Later that customer tries to pull off the map and "re edit it" or give it to 300 of his buddies...

Can someone confirm or prove me wrong?

Thanks!

There are ways for a tuner to lock his calibrations. But Smanager and the S300 does not have that provision up front.

How would you lock your maps at that point? Now you have my curiosity peaked.

I have read that it is done with the use of hex editing software. I have never done it myself.
