Need a little bit of insight as to how to wire the dimmer switch so I can turn down the instrument cluster lights in my newly installed SIR cluster. The dimmer switch is still there from the new instrument cluster cover, but no wires coming out of it obviously, I just not too sure which wires power the lights.

Funny thing...I just transfered the old plug to the new dimmer switch and it worked for 2 weeks. I was rewiring my cluster then all of a sudden it stopped working and I had to use the old switch back. In fact the cluster wouldnt even light up if I plug it to the old dimmer switch...I found directions on a site once...let me find it and repost.
