Hi, my 95 Honda Accord has the brake lights permantently on and do not turn off when the car is off and the headlights. There is also this wire underneath the steering wheel that seems to be broken off. It is black coated and pretty thin with wires in the inside (sorry, thats the best description i got). Could that have to do with the brake lights? Anything will help, I just dont want my battery dying and being stuck. Thanks

Your black coated wire has nothing to do with the brakes, my guess, [because of leads inside] is that it is wiring left over from an alarm sensor of some kind. 94
