Timing on ZC, Car wont Start

Timing on ZC, Car wont Start

This is a pretty general question and I did search and didnt come up with the exact answer. What cylinder does the distributor have to start firing on? thanks?

Number one. Make sure the cam gear marks and the TDC mark all line up.
