Long of the short is, my 92 Accord 4AT started doing this the past week or so. One day it won't do it at all, one day it did it the whole way home from work.

My guess is the mail relay aka fuel pump relay under the dash. Am I on the right track?

 

Well it wasn't the relay.

 

Loose battery terminal.

 

Nope. That and ignition switch was first two things I "tested".

 

That should be the ignitor going bad. If you're in gear and the rpms are bouncing like that and the ignitor controls rpm output then you know the ignitor is bad.

 

Bingo. That's what it was. My stock relay looks perfect. Guess I'll throw it back in and take the $70 one back to the parts store lol
