No power to main relay

No power to main relay
I just bought a rolled over 02 accord. It cranks but no start. After checking a few things I have found that there is no power to the main relay. I have checked some obvious fuses (this is my first honda I had no idea a car could have so
Many fuse boxes). I can't find any that are blown. Any ideas?
