Default Best coilovers or strut/spring combo under 1k for 98 civic coupe

What are you guys thoughts on the best suspension setup for under 1k? Looking for decent ride quality, don't have to be adjustable dampening, looking to be more on the lower side maybe 2.5 inch drop minimum

Koni/GC won't work with that drop.

I could possibly put something together for around 1k. I've got some parts ready to go that I could use to put a set together for around that price. PM me if u have any questions. 2.5" drop no problem.
