which dielectric grease for turn signal bulb?
The driver side turn signal bulb on the front bumper went out due to corrosion, one piece of metal of the bulb was gone. I replaced the bulb and want to add some dielectric grease. This side is easy get water for some reason. The passenger side turn signal on the front bump is in very good condition. I have 3 greases
1. Honda Lithium Dielectric Grease Part# 08798-9001
2. Honda Dielectric Grease Part# 08798-0001
3. Permatex Dielectric Grease
2 and 3 probably the same, silicone based.
The grease left in the turn signal probably is #1, white, dried. What type dielectric grease shuold I use here?

I use the Permatex clear dielectric grease on all electrical connections without issue. It's purpose is to displace water and seal out elements for the connector so it will work as long as its not conductive and does not react with the plastic.
Most parts stores offer a very small tube for $1.00 that is commonly used on spark plug wire ends. I don't recommend using the white OEM paste again because it kind of cakes up with age & separates from the contact points.
Just about any clear based dielectric grease will work & as already mentioned, the Permatex brand is great stuff. I keep a large tube of it in my shop.
