Default Chipped P28. How to Tune with Crome.

So i understand the basics of tuning and ive been on pgmfi, xenocron, and moates, etc. I have a chipped obd1 P28 tuned for a gsr w/ 2step, and pushed rev lmter. I bought this ecu from someone else who had it already chipped for his gsr and it works on mine flawlessly but i want to get it tuned when i boost it. I also have a AEM UEGO wideband. Heres the question i have, What do I do to get it started and ready to tune with crome? I know I need a laptop and datalogging cable but do i need to get a moates ostrich emulator? How do i get started? thanks

You need a moates USB burn2 chip burner to write maps to the chip-ECU. Track your AFRs with the wideband and laptop then make mods to your fuel tables with crome and burn them to the chip- repeat.
