SCCA Club Racing-Class for B16a 1990 Civic HB
I've been looking around and can't seem to find the answer. What class would I have to run in for SCCA competition. Swapping back to a D-series is NOT an option, since I like to run SM in autocross (I'll probably go back to D-series when I can afford to have a new motor built).
I'm not too concerned about the competitiveness of my car on the track, I just would like to be able to get into racing (experience) and I'm nowhere near the Honda Challenge.
Thanks for any help,
Kerry

sorry, no class for you. if it were a crx and a b16a3, you could start out in gt3, but you need more than an engine in that class.
improved touring and showroom stock is pretty much the only cheap touring classes for SCCA and both are very strict to original form.

Thanks alot, I'll have to stick to Autocross and HPDE's for now then. Don't have the budget for a trailered car yet anyway. I should get outta school someday!
