Question about H&R Springs!
Newb question for all the honda-tech gods out there...
Integra srings (94-01) will fit on the EH Civic (92-95) correct?
Will H&R Race springs for the teg yield the same drop on a civic as the civic race springs?
Thanks in advance!

yes sir they will
I mean how do you figure that?
A 1994-up Integra weighs at least 2450lbs. or so, and a Civic hatch like his could weigh anywhere from 2050lbs. to 2200lbs. yet these "miracle" springs will yield the exact same drop?
I've seen Integra lowering springs on an Integra and then the same springs on a Civic and the Civic sat higher simply because there was LESS weight on them.
Does that mean don't put Integra rates on a Civic?
Hell no.
I'd rather have the stiffer Integra rates on my Civic than sofetr Civic springs, but that's just me.
600/500?
Why have I never seen such stiff rates on normal over the counter springs before?
That's odd.
I'm running 425F 550R and trust me that's very damn stiff - you sure about those rates? Mine were made-to-order Eibach ERS coil-over springs for my Koni perches.

Hmm thanks for the replies so far!
From the H&R website, the race drop for Integras (94-01) is listed as 2.0 (inch) Front and 1.75 (inch) Rear... the race drop for Civics (92-95) is listed as 2.5 (inch) Front and 2.25 (inch) Rear.
So, based on these numbers (can anybody verify them from experience?) and the fact that the Integra spring rates our higher... can anybody estimate the drop that a Civic will have with the Integra race springs? This is going on a 92 Si hatchback so that should put the weight at a minimum of ~2300 lbs.
Hmmm my knowledge of physics, springs, and damping is not nearly good enough to calculate the drop.... damn
Thanks again! H-T -->
