Hey guys, i started hearing this sound few days ago, it usually comes when the car has warmed up, and i think it has something to do with the steering, what yall think?

 

Disconnect the accessery belts one at a time to isolate.

OP must have engine/yr/make etc..

its also VTEC. and that would have nothing to do with this too..

Otherwise, Jimi has it right.. take the alt and AC belt off and see if that helps.
Top off PS fluid if not, etc..
