Carefully file that corner off/smooth... make sure nothing is protruding up toward the cap or in toward the camshaft and you will be just fine. Make sure you clean the head thoroughly after filing.

Yep what he said. You might be able to put a vacuum right on it or close to it as you file/smooth it so nothing gets down in the engine. Or some rags to catch anything that.
