Jdm b18c idle problem help plz

I have Jdm b18c in my 98 Integra , and it idles at 1500 rpm all the time ,it doesn't go down after getting normal engine running temp.

Is the check engine light on? You might possibly have codes for the water temp sensor (ECT code 6) or the Intake Air Control Valve (IACV code 14)

Hi ,
Yes the engine light on . I did block a hole for Iacv in throttle body. And after blocking with finger the rpm becomes normal to 800 .as soon as I unblock the hole rpm goes back to 1500.

You have a vacuum leak. Blocking the ports in the TB should have killed the engine.

Thanks for your input . I have tried blocking the air intake that makes the emgine to die. But when I block both the holes in throttle body (iacv & ficv)
Rpm goes to 8000
