Would this put me at 600hp?
Been working on my car for a while now, ive been trying ro make 500hp for almost a year now.
My old set up
B18a1 bottom end with eagle rod and 9.5.1 je piston.
B16 with gsr camshaft and super tech valve spring
Ls transmission
Topmount manifold
Blox intake
Fic 1000
Percision turbo 6158
Percision intercooler
On this set up i made 400+ on 93 octane
For some reason i kept blowing a headgasket on cycinder one.
Scrape that and got a new set up now with new goal 600hp.
B16 bottom end golden eagle sleeve 81.5 eagle rod jp piston 10.5.1
B16 head skunk2 valve, spring, retainer, pro1 camshaft, and lma
Turbonetics 6262
B16 transmission
Edelbrock intake manifold
Skunk2 70mm throttle body
Running race fuel vp x116
Ect
Now my question would my new set up get me to my goal. My tuner seem uncertain that I will make 600 horsepower. I'm just trying to figure out what's wrong with my setup from getting me to 600 horsepower. Any input or advices will be great

Yes. But not on 93 Octane fuel. Nor would you want to attempt it. Use higher knock-resistant fuel, (like the VP 116) good tuning, and you're golden. Although I'd get some better tyres to work with that so that you'll stay alive.
In addition, that LS transmission will just keep your acceleration rate down, and stock Kia Optima will out run you. I hope you didn't fall for the "longer gears for boost" thought process with that big ole' 75lbs/min turbo...*yikes*.
Change that transmission, or at least the gearing for 3rd-5th gear and better final drive.
