Can you go over exactly what parts were replaced. I'm pretty sure you have shocks in the back not struts.
I will tell you after replacing my front struts(for no reason they weren't bad the noise was coming from the stabilizer link) I didn't quite have the spring seated fully in the upper spring insulator. I had a weird rattle that sounds oddly similar to that however I pulled the strut reseated the spring but I mounted the strut a lil bit differently in terms of tightening down the mounting nuts so I can't say if it was the spring not being fully seated or the way I tightened the mounting nuts but I'm confident it was more of the spring being about an inch from being fully seated causing my rattle.
However, if it were me I would start with the rear shock, it sounds like it's a rattle associated with that, I would pull it and make sure the spacer is facing the right way. It could even be the rear spring insulator not being seated like I had in my front. Perhaps the rear sway bar is loose or the rear sway bar bushing or the link is bad. The link should be tight with no play.
Edit: It looks like you don't have the rear shock spacer I have. Maybe the shock nut itself isn't tight enough. Check the rear lower spring insulator too, see if it's seated fully.

Damn that sucks, it sounds like the strut though? Why couldn't they just make cars that didn't clunk. Personally, rattles and clunks in a car are probably one of my biggest pet peeves. Nothing worse than driving a car that's making all types of funny noises.

Please keep us updated on the situation.
I'm curious if they figure it out and how they treat you. Very unfortunate that still nothing.. at least they provided a replacement car in therror mean time. Seems after having it for 6 weeks they couldn't figure it out..
