Default 94 accord under dash fuse box test?

hey guys, been chasing some wiring issues. traced everything back to the under dash fuse block. i pulled it out after ohming and voltage checking everything. if i run a 12v jumper to my BLK/WHT wire at the starter cut relay the starter turns. so i checked and sure enough. no voltage to the WHT/RED wire going TO said relay. after further checks. #7,8,9 also have no voltage. i'm checking continuity on the box from the ignition harness BLK/YLW to the fuses and everything BUT those 3 have continuity. anyone know if that's right? also which wire feeds those if it isn't the ACC OR RUN1 circuit. thanks guys. ready to have this thing figured out.

Tony

Under-dash Fuse No. 7 and 8 are Hot in ON (II), via the Yel ignition harness wire.

Under-dash Fuse No. 9 is Hot in START (III). via the Blk/Wht ignition harness wire.

Disconnect the ignition harness wire at the steering column and under-dash fuse box (7-Brown connector), and check continuity on all the wires at each end.

Your issue sounds like a faulty ignition switch, or possibly (but, less likely) the harness or connectors.

this information LITERALLY made me find the issue, and i'm going to say this with my pride in pieces. but i'm just happy i figured it out. so AFTER finding the burnt ICU diode and replacing everything and putting it back together a billion times... i put the ignition switch harness in backwards. as in, the connector that was SUPPOSED to go into the ignition switch went into the fuse block I.E. wrong pinout. i continuity tested everything AT the pin and realized in both awe and utter disgust what i had done. i haven't DRIVEN the car since i figured this out. but it does start on a dime. hopefully with everything back together this will all be behind me. lol thanks again for the info. it made me step back from my tunnel vision and see the simple answer.
