crank case pressure problem

4 lines to a bigger catch can.
my main problem is theres a lot of water in the catchcan after doing pulls. car doesnt have a thermostat but i dont see how that would be an issue. when i check the rad its low.
did a full leakdown and pressure test, everything came back good. anyone have any ideas?
