Default 98 Accord

Hi guys just bought this car last week. So far I have changed the gas tank, plugs and wires. Have ordered new injectors in due to a misfire. Tonights question is: The horn wont work, the drivers side brake lights wont work but the passenger side will. Have checked fuses and bulbs and even got a new light sent up from a junk yard. Any suggestions would be great since hubby wants to throw it to the curb.. Thanks so much!

Relays are generally part of circuits, in addition to fuses. The fuse protects the circuit from a short. The Relay actually activates the function of the device/light/item - a small signal into the relay causes the larger current/voltage that is needed for operation of the item/device/light, to be sent to the item/equipment/light/etc. So, check the relays as well. If you search within the site you'll probably find descriptions from others who have had the same problem where to find it. There are also a couple of common problems that are listed in a sticky or two that you may want to learn about when time allows. If you want to get straight to the nitty gritty without searching around, you can subscribe to alldatadiy.com and get access to all of the information on how to fix everything on your car for like $30/yr.
