Default troubleshooting brake light issue 09 accord

I have 2009 honda accord 4 cyl ~40k miles. The brake lights don't turn on. Neither tail light, and the third light also doesn't come on.

I have done basic trouble-shooting. Horn works (so it isn't the fuse right?), cruise control turns off when I hit the brakes (so it isn't the switch, right?), tail lights work. I inspected the horn-stop fuse (it wasn't broken) and replaced it, just in case. The bulbs don't look like they have broken filaments, but I have not replaced them. The odds that all 3 brake bulbs/filaments burned out at the same time seems really slim, but I suppose replacing them is my next hail Mary.

I have not put a circuit tester on the bulb sockets yet either, I will have to get a second pair of hands to try that, maybe next week.

Other possibly unrelated issues: My "VSA disable" button doesn't do anything anymore. It used to turn on a light in my dash that said "VSA OFF."
Also my interior overhead light doesn't turn on anymore (I haven't checked the bulb, so it may be nothing).

I would appreciate any advice/pointers you guys can give me on this. Thanks!
