I also have an electrical problem, at idle my dome light flickers and when I'm in park and step on the gas the speedometer moves, the engine light stays on. I've already changed the cap and rotor, the spark plugs, and I pit in a new fuse box, the one next the battery, I'm lost, can any one give my a suggestion ?

 

Pull the CEL code.

Check fuse 15 and read the fuse 15 TSB, if you have a 96-00 Civic.

 

Double check your ground connections from the battery and the ground from the engine to the firewall to male sure they are clean and tight
