Gauge issues
Hello everyone.
Here's my issue. I just got 1995 Honda Accord LX back from having a timing belt replaced after car sat over the winter. Trying to get her going to have a mileage miser again.
Anyways, after charging up battery and having it test good at local auto store, we were able to start vehicle. (After going behind this guy who left the dipstick out and caused major start issues but that is behind me now! LOL) I have to laugh because once dude found it he called himself the retard.
So, whenever a voltage draw happens, turn signal, blower motor turned on, wipers engaged or even when I push the brakes to stop, the Speedo and tach drop to zero and the water temp gauge spikes tot he top. I have very little headlights and when the car is not running with headlights on, there is a very fast vibration coming from underneath the relay panel under the hood.
The battery connections are very tight. Alternator is putting out 14.1 volts at the positive terminal etc. I have a feeling this is some kind of relay other than what I see in the fuse panel under the hood. Is there anywhere else I should be looking?
Thanks for your suggestions in advance!

Check/redo your main grounds, batt. to chassis and chassis to engine, DO NOT just eyeball them, disconnect/clean/reconnect, the tight ground is not an indication of a good ground. 94
