i move from the west coast to the midwest. i storage my civic during winter (snow)...

decided to take it out.. parked in the backyard and let it idle... been idle for 2, 3 hour (not sure how long) while i do other things. later it shut off... 30-40min (cant remeber) before it shut off i check on the temp it wasn't hot.

now it wont start... i thought it was gasoline even thought it show half tank, went and got some more... still wont start.... it does turn over so it not starter... i did compression test.. all 4 cylinder is 150psi no leak... change out dizzy(complete new one), yes there spark.... also change out spark plug, spark plug wire, fuel filter, main relay. i dont think it the fuel pump cuz i can hear it rushing to the front (turning key). i dont think it the fuel injector cuz when i took out the new spark plug it was wet with gasoline... im thinking ECU? also timing belt didnt snap... maybe timing jump a tooth?

Check the mechanical timing.

timing should be good unless it jump a tooth.
