Instructions on my fuel injection cleaning system (OTC) says to "Remove PGM-FI Relay 2 at LH side of dash" to disable fuel pump during cleaning process. I've searched relentlessly and so far can't locate it. I've found what I believe is the Main Relay, but no go on "#2". I did find a Fuel Pump fuse (15amp) but removing it also disables the ignition.

PGM-FI Main Relay 2 is the left-bottom relay, just above the fuses, in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box.

Found it. Thanks Tech8 it was right where you said. There was no access panel for the relays. Caught a glimpse of them up above the fuse panel and had to remove the kick panel to access it. Mission accomplished - injectors cleaned.
