2-Door '00 Honda civic. Anyone know if I can move the passenger's side grab handle ("Oh Sh*t" handle) to the driver's side ceiling? My car never came with one on the driver's side and I want to make sure it's possible before I make any holes in the headliner to see if it is possible.

 

Should have threaded holes, yes. Pull down the headliner to check plus to get your aim right.

 

Go to boneyard and get the handle and install it on the drivers side, leave pass side in place, because if you need one. for sure the pass. will need one. 94

 

And get one from a car with the same colour interior as there is a shade difference on the headliner colours for the different interiors.

 

Just double checking (on 99' Civic EX 2Dr), and I see 2 threaded holes, so you should be good.

 

Why do you need a "grab handle" on the driver's side ??? The car has a steering wheel already right ?!?
