Loking for someone to do a headgasket on a f22b1
Hi everyone just as I wrote I need someone to do a head gasket on my car I just bought for 500 with 185,000.I know the job is easy and anyone with the ability to change a bicycle tire can do it.The problem is I have 3 bulging discs and I can't be doing heavy lifting.Iam located in the city of Anaheim in Orange County.Iam currently on workers comp so the stealership is out of the question.Any idea or help would be appreciated.
If the head gasket blew from overheating, then the head will need to be machines/rebuilt or replaced. A new gasket will just fail if the head is warped.
I know I rebuilt a ego 22r by my self turned it into carb setup and stuffed into a 88 Toyota pickup people told me it was hard.Others told me when I bought a 98 Hyundai sonata and had the idea of putting a 4g63 motor into it was going to be to much work and I still did at the age of 19.Iam working on a 96 blazer and Iam going take out the 4l60e and Iam going to put a 4l80e and use it as a tow car for my projects. My other project is a 98 Tacoma with a 2rz that is going to end up as a double duty desert runner.Set your mind on something and see it to the end the rewards are their at the end it's going to be worth it.
Or if someone has the ability to swap an engine out and is looking for a vtech f22b1 but doesn't have the money to buy one I'll gladly give them my motor that can be rebuilt I have some one that can rebuild the head for 250 ready to install.
just sale car and wash your hands unless you got 1500 to drop off in it

Just because you buy the JDM motor does not mean its had its maintance done. Its still another 2 or 3 hundred just to get the consumable parts taken care of.
