Default 94 cx lsvtec /Code 43 fuel supply system.

So I've got a code 43 and having issues figuring out what it is. I've listed below the parts I've changed. Keep in mind all parts are literally pulled off a good running car with no issues. I sprayed the motor off 3 weeks ago and since then I'm having the issue. Didn't do anything crazy, just hosed it down an dryed it off. It just threw the code a couple days ago, I've not touched the motor harness at all. I do not have a meter ot fuel pressure gauge, but from 2200-3500rpm it is very sluggish then after or before it runs perfectly fine. The motor is b18b1 with obd1 b16 head. First time I've ever had any issues since I did the conversion 3 years ago.
Parts changed:
Distributor
Wires
New plugs
Injectors
Fuel Filter
Checked timing
Changed main relay
Made sure O2 sensor is working

Any input would be greatly appreciate, thank you very much..

Test the fuel pressure regulator.

Changed the fpr with a brand new one and still the same thing. So tonight I drove it and check engine came on. Got home an checked it, stating code :1 for Oxygen sensor. I'm wondering if it was slowly going out an that's what was causing this hole issue tied in with code 43. I'm going to try an change the sensor before work in the morning an see what happeneds. Other than that I'm completely stumped on what it could be as I've changed mostly everything involved with the fuel system

I've changed the oxygen sensor this morning, no cell after however the issue is still there.

So I've tried new ecu, compression and checked fuel pressure. Everything is good and all parts like distributor, main relay came off a running car with no problems. I'm stumped because everything is brand new.

Post the fuel pressure and FPR test results.

Are all injectors spraying fuel?

So I've finally got it fixed. What a crazy ride trying to figure it out. After changing everything I still had the issue of when the throttle would open the air flow was not correct causing it to run rich. A buddy of mine said to change the idle air control valve which I did not have an issue with my old part. Anyway I changed that and the car is running again. Thank for your help.

Nevermind lol
A buddy of mine turned the distributor all the way back towards the firewall and that's when it ran good. I took the pulley off an aligned the timing off the oil pump pulley an it couldn't have been any better. Changed the iacv and it ran good. So tonight I went to switch the distributor back to the middle an sure enough it started doing it again. I'm soooo confused
