Will this set up pass california smog?
I have a D series civic hatchback. They normally come with a header that has a cat within it. My car is missing whole exhaust set up. The stock cat is pricey. What if i get a carb legal header and pair that up with my b series cat with stock muffler.

i think the cat has to be specific to the car. so i assume b series cat with D series car.. no. I had to pay up for a cat when I bar'd my b16
