So I have this problem that every time that I put a fuse in for my tail lights it just pops the fuse idk what's wrong it just started doing it

 

You have a short somewhere. I would unplug each tail light bulb then try a fuse. If it doesn't pop then plug one light in at time too isolate where the short is.

 

Do you have an aftermarket stereo in the dash?

If so, pull it and check the wiring, make sure the cars illumination lead is not shorting out, not used on most aftermarket head units. 94

 

If it is not an aftermarket stereo and the short is not in a bulb socket, do a visual inspection of the wire. All the way back the harness, since anywhere it was crimped, cut, or rubbed could be the short.
If a visual doesn't save you, only god or short finder will.
