Default Need Help: Bearing Splitter?

where can i get one of these? (see pic in BSQ's post):
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=172420
(i know that it says 'Made In China', but i'm not going there.)

i called various local tool shops; no luck.
('yes', i'd like to re-use the bearings as the Helm says is OK, and 'yes', i'd like to own the actual tool in case i have to do it again, so i don't have to pay the sloppy local machinist to ruin things for me. -just to answer possible questions / responses.)

any help appreciated. thanks.
