Can any one tell if a legit engine swap

What do you mean by "legit" engine swap? Like as in, not stolen?

 

I'm buying 91 crx and that engine in I don't really know that much about it so I guessing wat do I have on my hands is it something good

What does the transmission have to do with the engine?

 

I think he is saying Legit in the urban dictionary sense, meaning: cool; kewl; ill; tight; dope; kicking; forizzal; slamming; money; killer;

 

"I guessing wat do I have on my hands is it something good" no way to tell, engine is a B16a, engine ID stamp says so, but it could easily be a piece of scrap metal.

Does it run?
Have you done a compression test on it?
Does it smoke out of the tail pipe|?
Any ugly noises from the engine?
How many miles on the engine?
What condition is it in, cosmetically?
