im in the process of installing my dash and i cant figure it out where does this 2 pin connector hook up. Its on the heater harness , its not the connector for the blower motor (bottom its 3 pin for it) its not the black module (its green 3 pin) thanks.

Yes it looks like it goes on the evaporator thermostat connector which is visible in your first photo.
