Hi,
I know the 92-93 Si's have door panels that match the seats(verical lines). I bought a 95 Si and it has the "rainbow" seats. But my door panels are just grey/black... is this correct? or should they match the seat pattern?

92-93s have the pinstripe, and 94-95s have the standard grey fabric. You have the correct panels! Any pics of the car?

I love your White Si!!! I looked through your build and see a few things on my build we have in common. Especially the right rear brake light seam seal rust. I found it this weekend and almost cried!

My car was a "barn find" and is slowly coming around week by week. Here are some shots.

 

With the broken windows, the interior go wet and moldy in places, so I have since pulled the whole interior and even scored a 92 Si interior that I may swap into it...the jury is still out on that.

 

Finally got the car water tight enough for a bath. No bad from 30ft. Needs a paint job BAD!

 

Awesome!! A Vermont Civic with no rust?? That **** is a unicorn, man! Keep up the good work. My suggestion is to clean up the orig interior! Keep it as o.g. as possible! The dirty fabric will clean up just fine with a water blaster.

 

As for the interior fabrics, turtle wax or blue coral upholstery shampoo followed by a steam cleaning and drying will do wonders.

 

FYI: I believe 92-93 CX & VX had the same matching black vinyl on the door inserts as the rest of the door panel (instead of fabric). Not sure about DX.
