Default P72 codes 41 and 23

My 98 Integra broke down couple weeks ago and now I have a p72 obd1 ecu in (have a spare p28) and they both gave me code 41 heated oxygen sensor heater. And code 23 knock sensor. Is there a way I can bypass/trick the ecu to see a heater cuz I have a aem wideband in now and only one wire runs to the ecu. And for the knock sensor should I get one or a way to trick it too. My old chipped p61 never gave me theses codes. It's a 98 Integra with b18c5 on a obd1 stock p72. The car seems to chug a bit some times accelerating. I'm just looking to get it running good again so I don't need to buy another car till winter. Thanks for any input as I'm not sure about how to go about fixing it. Thanks

Do you have any editing software (Hondata, Neotune, Crome etc.)? If so both can be removed (edited) if not it would be difficult to fool the stock ecu.
