Just purchased this vehicle not running, checked all the fuses, coil, igniter, ECU, main relay, put new cap, rotor, and wires on it as they were needed, already had new plugs, and new ignition switch. Replaced the igniter and still no spark. What am I missing, could it be a ground issue?

 

Stupid question but I suppose you’ve checked to see the rotor arm is actually revolving when to rotate the engine.
If the above is okay I would try a slave ECM.

Yes, the rotor is rotating when cranking the engine. I checked the 2 leads on the ECM (ECU) and they tested ok, I guess trying a different one couldn't hurt...much! Lol
