it is not worth it on a b16. skunk 2 manifolds give u high end hp which u already have. it will not give u much torque. its a good mod for LS engines where they lack high end hp. but u already have that. u needs torque yos.

I have it installed on my B16, and have documented proof of increased HP of 3-5 on the low end and 7-8 up high.
I would recommend getting this item if you want the increased air volume on the intake. However, keep in mind that the opening is larger than the B16 throttole body so you will have to bore it out or get the ITR throttle body to compensate.

It depends. the JG would be better than the skunk if ur going F/I but if ur going all motor it would be the other way around.

All the Skunk inatke manifold is, is the Integra Type R manifold that's been ported out.

i think u should sell yours and buy a type r because the only difference between them is that at the factory they port and polish the si and make it a type r ...this is cheaper and will be just as good and it is amuch easier installation

Haha......not true the ITR manifold has larger shorter runners, the intake makes less of a turn up,(straighter runners) and the plenum is larger as well. Good try though, the B16(SI) manifold is poo poo, nice try though, read on my friend.
