so previous owner hacked the dash harness, i bough a uncut one , and i started taking it apart. Then i realized the engine tuck harness i bought connects straight to the ecu so i dont need to take the dash harness out, i connected the engine harness, but fuel pump doesnt prime. My battery Wire was touching metal i guess when i was disconencting everything and it melted the insulation, and drained the battery, but cable should be still good cuz when i jump the battery my car clicks when keys are on || and it makes that beeping sound .Also fuel pump primes doesnt prime but if i bridge 1 + 7 and 7 +5 on the relay it would prime but it doesnt start checked fuse 24 and 31 they are both good , car is a EG gsr thank you

I am usually pretty good at interpreting a large array of bullshit text. For the life of me, I can not decipher more than 2% of whatever you were trying to communicate. I feel that I speak for many others when I ask you kindly rework your thoughts and post them again.

yea sorry my english is not first language so when i try to say something it dont come out the right way sometime. so i have a EG hatch with a gsr swap i had problems with cut wires tps wires were dead no power, when i wobble the ecu wires the car would run on 3 cylinders, etc. so i decided to get a tucked engine harness from cjs and a used dash harness from honda-tech member. So i went ahead of my self and started pulling the dash harness off. Then i realized that i dont need to swap it because with cjs engine harness it connects straight to the ecu so the dash harness wont be connected to ecu any more. i connected mostly everything back on the dash wire except for the buttons that are on the dash its self (heater, radio, cruise control, sunroof, power mirror, dim light switch , heater core, and prob few more.) after installing the engine harness i try to start the car, so i connected the negative wire which i had taken off back on, and the car didnt start, the battery wire that connects to the fuse box under the hood was rubbing on metal because i unscrewed it from the fuse box, so it almost caught on fire it melted the battery wire insulation, battery was hot i guess it drained it. Anyway i reinstalled the battery terminal into the hood fuse box, and used jumper cables to try to start my car, car clicks when the keys are on ( || ) and it makes that beeping sound but fuel pump does not prime. i bridged the main relay 1 and 7 , and 5 and 7, the fuel pumped primed but the car wouldnt turn over. i hope this make more sense now.

Much better! I am kinda lost still as to the problem though. Maybe because I am still a bit unsure of myself when it comes to electrical issues. If I read that right, it sounds like you have half a harness connected?

Engine harness is fully installed, car doesnt crank and fuel pump doesnt prime without me jumping the main relay. and even after i jump the main relay and fuel pump is priming car still not cranking.

correct, engine harness fully installed, the dash harness is semi installed but all the connectors on the driver side are connected only ones left are mirrors, cruise control, sunroof, dim lights, hazard lights, heater/ac, radio, 12v charger , and the heater core as u can see i had to take out

If engine harness do the run directly to the ecu or does it still plug into the shock tower harness?
i don't care if these are repeated questions, your mini wall didn't make any sense.
Kinda why I did the small series of questions. He said English was not his primary language, cut him a little slack. I managed to break down that his engine harness is connected and his dash harness is not fully connected. He said he was having problems before he swapped the dash harness, but now the car will not start at all.

i replaced the engine harness, and was in the middle of replacing the dash harness as well. Talked to Carlos he told me i connected the engine harness wrong , his harness comes with 4 hanging wires you suppose to splice . I spliced them in the New engine harness ecu plugs which was wrong , I was suppose to splice them in the old ecu plugs which are part of the dash harness. I'll see if that works tomorow, it was a good day today for fishing didnt have time to work on the car.

yes you missed something. i said my fuel pump is not priming , and when i fixed that issue i said pump is priming but it only clicks wont start. Then i said figured out the problem , it was bad solenoid on starter
