One side of rear toe 1/2 degree out of spec. Will aftermarket toe arm correct that?

Default One side of rear toe 1/2 degree out. Pic of subframe

Factory essentric bolt is maxed out on my toe arm and it is 1/2 degree out 9f spec...not half degree from zero! So one side is zero, but the other is toed in out of spec eating my tires. Thought I fixed it by replacing the arms and siezed essentric bolts.

Will Megan racing adjustable rear toe control arms bring it back into spec?

If the arms are new and the adjustment does not work, then check that the subframe has not been bent or shunted to the side.

Subframe has these two indentions from a jackstand....

That enough damage to cause that? I went ahead and ordered megan racibg adjustable tie arms hoping tgey adjust farther then stock. Really hoping i dont have to replace the cross beam
