Default What is this plug on the front of 1996 Automatic Integra b18b Transmission

Hello, could anyone tell me what this plug is ? The transmission is from a 1996 Integra, b18b, automatic.

Is that for the lower pair of shift solenoids? If it is the plug should be attached to the black stand on the cooler line, that is between the vent(rubber cap) and upper pair of shift solenoids.

thank you. i'm trying trying to do an automatic b series swap into my eg. I have to manually wire the external TCU from the integra seperately - into the following: main shaft speed sensor, counter shaft sensor, and the lower shift solenoids.
